I’ve got three studios I’ve been using in Newton-Stewart, Dumfries and Galloway, and I’m letting them go. No fancy marketing — just real spaces with actual uses.

First up, the No Stars Business Room — clean, bright, and naturally lit. It’s tucked into a hub full of podcasters and music studios, so if you're working on something creative, you’ll actually meet other people doing similar stuff. Good for freelancers, entrepreneurs, or anyone who wants a no-nonsense, productive space.

Then there’s the TV Studio — 700 sq ft, fully soundproofed, with built-in storage. I’ve used it for video shoots and audio work, and it’s got the space and control you need to do serious production without all the noise.

The Culture Transfer Studio is a big one — 1,300 sq ft with loads of natural light, laminated floors, running water, and even a kitchen area. It’s perfect if you’re working on design, art, or long-term projects and need a bright, functional setup.

And finally, there’s a 300 sq ft storage unit in the same building — secure, easy to access, and great for keeping gear or art supplies on hand.
