2018 Honda Civic I-DTEC SE Hatchback Diesel Manual
Description
So, I’ve had this 2018 Honda Civic I-DTEC SE hatchback for a few years now — it’s been my main car since 2022, and honestly, it’s been a real joy to drive. It’s bright red, which I’ve kept because it’s one of those colours that just stands out, and it’s the SE trim, so it’s got all the nice bits: aircon, alloy wheels, Bluetooth, cruise control, DAB radio, electric windows, front and rear parking sensors, power steering, remote central locking, traction control, and USB.It’s been in the same hands since 2022, with just one previous keeper, and it’s been treated like a proper family car — not abused, not driven hard, just kept well. The 1.6 turbo diesel engine is solid, with a 6-speed gearbox, so it’s got good range and smooth power. I’ve never had any major issues, and it’s been passed a July 2026 MOT with no advisories — still good to go.
I’ve kept it clean, well-maintained, and it’s been parked properly. It’s a bit of a classic now, but still a practical, everyday car. I’ve got two keys, and I’m happy to swap it in for something else if you're interested — part exchange welcome.
It’s currently based in Blaydon-on-Tyne, Gateshead, so if you're local, no problem. I’m not selling it for a lot — it’s £8,095.50 — but it’s a solid, reliable diesel hatch that I’ve used for years and really like.
If you’re thinking of buying it, I’d be happy to chat — no pressure, just a friendly chat. I’ve been in the car trade for a while, so I know what to look for.
No obligation test drive, and I’m happy to go over it properly if you’d like.
