Just moved into this 4-bedroom detached house in Ballynahinch, Newry — actually, I’ve been living here for a few months now and it’s been a solid place to call home. It’s a nice, quiet setup with a warm fireplace, parking, and garden access. The kitchen’s a bit bare, so it’s not fully furnished — just the basics.I’m letting it out from 8 September 2025, with a 12-month minimum tenancy and up to 5 tenants allowed. No students, but pets and smokers are both okay with a bit of discussion. Bills aren’t included, so that’s something to keep in mind.
The EPC is E, which isn’t great, but the house is solidly built and feels comfortable. I’ve had a few viewings already, and I’m happy to show anyone who’s interested.
