I’ve had this sofa and armchair suite in my westhill, Cradlehall and Westhill flat for years — it’s been used a lot but still holds together well. The fabric is slightly worn in spots, especially on the armrests, but it’s not bad at all. I just gave it a good clean and it’s ready to go in a new space. The recliner works fine and the armchairs are still comfy. It’s not fancy, but it’s solid and practical. I’m getting rid of it because I’m moving — it’s been a good companion over the years.
