So, I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now — it’s a 2016 Nissan Juke N-Connecta, diesel, manual, in that beautiful metallic red. It’s got all the smart bits: aircon, alloy wheels, cruise control, electric windows, power steering, rear parking camera, remote central locking, sat nav, traction control, and a touchscreen Connect system with Bluetooth. CD player with AUX and USB, plus DAB radio — nothing fancy, just works well.

It’s been owned by one local bloke since the last keeper, only two previous owners total. It’s been looked after carefully, so it’s still in great shape and runs smoothly despite being a few years old. The 1.5 DCI engine is reliable and gets decent fuel economy — I’ve only had it for a couple of years and it’s been a real joy to drive. Road tax is £20 a year, which is a real plus.
