Got this Carrera Impel IS-1 electric scooter from a friend who moved to Shetland, Scotland. It’s been mostly stored, so a few bits are missing — rear fender, brake caliper, and steering lock. The battery works fine though, and it’s been ridden a couple of times on short trips around the island.
