So, I’ve been keeping bees at MyBeeFarm near North Ferriby, and this year’s honey’s actually just dropped from the hives — fresh, raw, no processing, just pure bee-sweet goodness. It’s made from wildflowers blooming all around the area, so it’s got that natural, earthy taste you can actually taste in your mouth.

The honeycomb pieces are straight from the hive, about 190g in weight, and each one’s a little piece of the countryside. No sugar added, no filters — just what the bees made. I’ve only got about 50 jars of this batch, so if you’re after something real and local, it’s gonna disappear fast.
