I’m letting this modern double room in a shared living setup — it’s actually in Tonyrefail, Rhondda Cynon Taf, so it’s not in Belfast at all. I’ve been living here for a few months now and just thought I’d share it with someone who might actually want it.

The room’s fully furnished with a double bed, proper desk, chair, storage, and everything you’d need to get settled. The kitchen is fully equipped too — fridge, cooker, microwave, all the basics. There’s a decently sized private yard at the back, which is a nice touch.

All utilities are covered: water, electricity, heating, and super fast broadband — so no surprise bills. The heating is electric and runs smoothly, which is a real plus in the colder months.

It’s actually a bit of a walk from the main campus, but it’s still very close to the town centre and there are plenty of shops, cafés, and places to eat nearby. Public transport is decent — you can get to the main station in about 10 minutes.

I’ve been using it as a base for work and weekends, and it’s been a solid spot. I’m not looking for a long-term lease, just someone who’s willing to move in and make it work. If you're interested, I’d be happy to chat — no pressure, just a quick call or text.
