I’m selling my 2015 Peugeot 2008 1.2 PureTech Active – it’s been a solid workhorse for me over the years, and I’m finally getting rid of it. It’s a five-door SUV with a 1.2-litre engine, automatic transmission, and a clean service history – seven services done up to 13k miles. Nothing fancy, just a well-maintained, reliable car that’s easy to drive and keeps fuel costs low.

I’ve used it for daily commuting, family trips, and a few weekend getaways. The 64.2mpg fuel economy means you don’t have to worry about running out of petrol halfway through a journey, and the CO2 is just 102g/km – not bad for a petrol SUV.

It’s got a 7-inch touchscreen with DAB radio, cruise control, and a decent array of safety features – ABS, ESP, airbags front and rear, EBA, and even a pollen filter. The steering is smooth thanks to electric power assistance, and the cabin feels clean and well put together. The seats are comfy, and the rear bench is fine for kids or short trips.

I’ve kept it well looked after – all the lights, mirrors, and wipers work properly, and there’s a spare wheel (space saver), roof rails, and even a 12V socket. It’s got a Thatcham Cat 2 immobiliser and a 3-month warranty on parts and labour, which I’ll include with it.

The price is £8,091 – it’s not much, but it’s fair given how low mileage and well-maintained it is. I’m based in Rushden, North Northamptonshire, so if you’re local, it’s easy to get to.
