Got this phone a few years ago when I was upgrading from my old one, used it about three times total before switching to a newer model. Honestly, it's in great shape — screen’s fine, battery holds a charge well, and it’s been kept clean and stored properly. I didn’t keep the receipt from Argos, so I can’t return it, which is a bit of a bummer. Still works perfectly fine and I’m just passing it on because I don’t need it anymore.
