1962 Kodak Carousel 600 Slide Projector with Original Case and Cartridge
Description
Got this old Kodak Carousel 600 projector from '62, and it’s still working fine. Came in the original case, which has the owner’s name written on it and an old Cunard Line tag from the Queen Mary — dated March 15, 1963. I checked that against some records, and it lines up with the ship’s final voyage before it retired in '67.It’s not great for long slide shows — gets warm after a while — but it’s perfect for going through old slide boxes or just testing out a few images. The original USA plug (115v) comes with a heavy-duty cable that’s been converted to a standard UK 3-pin plug. There’s also an extra slide cartridge in a box, so you’ve got two to play with.
It’s a bit heavy — over 2kg with the adaptor — so I’m not sending it via post. No screen included. I’ve had a few offers, so if you're interested, just let me know. Price is £9, but I’ll take reasonable ones.
It’s sitting in my garage in Cramlington, Northumberland, and I just wanted to share it with someone who might actually use it.
