It’s a lovely spot — right next to a fishing lake and a dog walking area. The village of Brockenhurst is small but has a post office, local shops, and a bus stop right at the park. There’s a pottery studio and a restaurant right next door, and I’ve actually gone to a few classes there.

I’ve also got a few extras: a £316 gas credit and £300 electric credit to cover the first year of running costs — super handy. And yeah, it’s a bit of a special package — the park offers free site fees for a year as part of the Diamond Package.
