Got this 23kg parasol base with wheels and handle from my garden in Glenfield, Blaby. It’s been used a few times for summer gatherings, and the wheels turn smoothly, though the handle has a small scratch. Still sturdy and works fine. I’m not using it much now, so passing it on.
