Got this old etching from a family collection in Aberdare, Rhondda Cynon Taf. It’s a signed piece from Marcel Julian Baron (1872–1956), one of those Paris street artists who painted bridges and alleys with such detail you can almost hear the cobbles underfoot. The image is of one of the city’s bridges, done in vibrant colours and pencil signed “Baron” in the corner. Still in the original frame, and it’s in very good vintage condition. I picked it up from a local dealer years ago and only recently realised how much I’d missed it. Price is £54, but it’s more of a keepsake than a showpiece—perfect for someone who loves old art with a bit of character.Seller Information
