2009 Renault Trafic Panel Van

Description

This van’s been my daily workhorse for years – used it every single day for window cleaning. It ran fine for a long time until the clutch pedal went all the way to the floor and wouldn’t spring back. After that, it was a bit of a mess – gears still worked fine, but the clutch just wouldn’t hold. I’ve spent a lot on fixing it already: brand new battery and starter motor (£500) and it’s had a 500-litre water tank bolted on. It’s been kept clean and well looked after, even if it’s a bit battle-worn. There are two keys and loads of paperwork and receipts tucked away. I’m not sure about the clutch system – suspect it might be the slave cylinder or something similar. I’ve had it checked in February, so it’s not just a random issue. It’s not road-ready right now – will need towing or a trailer. I’m collecting it from Stowmarket, eye, Mid Suffolk. Just thought I’d share it – it’s not flashy, but it’s been reliable for years and I’m not sure what to do with it next.
