Got this thing a couple of years ago when I was into home workouts – still use it regularly. It’s basically a bench that can go up and down, and when folded it’s a low stepper. The back has a little storage space, and there’s a basic resistance tube and a jump rope that came with it. I bought it new for £170, but it’s been in good shape since then. It’s not really designed for heavy lifting or intense sessions, but it’s been great for quick routines. Only picking up in Sevenoaks, Kent – no shipping, no issues. If you’ve got a spot at home and want something versatile, it might work for you. Price is £45, but that’s just for the pick-up.
