So, I’ve had this 2015 Tiguan for just over a year now, and it’s been a solid daily driver. I bought it used, and honestly, it’s been running great—no major issues, just the kind of car you’d trust on a long weekend trip or a quick commute.

It’s a diesel, so fuel efficiency has been pretty good, and the 4WD is handy when the weather turns. I’ve used it in all sorts of conditions—rainy days, muddy tracks, even a few mountain drives. The suspension handles it well.

I’ve kept it well-maintained, so the engine’s still tight and the service records are clean. The interior is fairly well worn but not old—anthracite dash, steel trim, and that nice 5-inch screen with navigation and DAB radio. The climate control is a real plus, especially in winter.

Some of the features I use every day: electric windows, rear parking sensors (front and back), automatic dimming mirror, and the parking brake with auto-hold. The seats are comfortable—front sports seats with side impact airbags, and there’s a folding table on the back of the front seats, which I’ve used a few times when I’ve had guests over.

I’ve also added a few things myself—like the 12V sockets in the centre console and luggage compartment, which are handy for charging phones or small tools. The alloy wheels are new ones (New Orleans style), so they look sharp.

It’s not a flashy car, but it’s practical, reliable, and has a good mix of tech and safety. I’ve kept it mostly in Ashford, Kent, and it’s been parked in a garage most of the time.

I’m not looking to sell it fast—just passing it on to someone who might find it useful. It’s not exactly a weekend warrior, but it’s a solid, dependable vehicle.
