I’m letting this tidy one-bedroom apartment in Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire. It’s on the second floor and fully furnished, so you can move in right away without needing to sort much. I’ve lived here for the past five years, so I know the area well — it’s a quiet spot with good access to local shops, pubs, and everything you’d need for a relaxed daily routine.

It’s not in the city centre, but it’s still very convenient — just a short drive or a few minutes by car to the main town centre and plenty of options for food, transport, and socialising. The place has a water meter, electric supply only, internet, and a street parking permit. Council tax is band B, so it’s fairly affordable.
