So, I’ve got a spare bedroom in a quiet, well-kept flat in Invergarry, Highland — just for students. The flat’s been freshly painted and feels really tidy, no drama at all. It’s a two-bedroom setup, but right now only one room is available.

Inside, there’s a separate living area with a dining space, a kitchen with a table, two toilets, and one shower room. The garden is accessible, and there’s a fireplace — nice touch.

It’s a bit of a walk from the centre, but it’s only about 15 minutes to the Piccadilly and Victoria lines if you’re up for a quick commute. Buses run 24/7, and the stop is just two minutes from the front door. There’s a shop about 3 minutes away too.

All bills are covered — no surprise charges. It’s a shared flat, so no agent fees, and I’m not charging anything extra.

Only students are allowed — no families, no pets unless we can agree on it. Smokers are fine too, but it’s a quiet place, so if you’re noisy, it might not be the right fit.

I’m looking for someone to move in from 17th August 2025, and it’s a one-month minimum term. Max two people.
