2023 Volvo C40 Recharge Ultimate 69kWh 5-door Electric Estate
Description
So, I’ve been driving this 2023 Volvo C40 Ultimate for a few months now, and honestly, it’s been a real joy. It’s one of the few EVs I’ve actually wanted to keep around, and it’s been surprisingly reliable—only had one previous owner, which is a big plus. It’s got that premium electric vibe—smooth, quiet, and way more practical than most people expect from an EV. The boot’s big enough for weekend trips, and the range is solid at 268 miles when new. I’ve charged it at home with a 7kW charger, and it takes about 11 hours to go from empty to full. But if I’m on the move, it’s quick—public charging gets me from empty to 80% in just 36 minutes, which is pretty impressive.
Front and rear park assist are a lifesaver, especially in tight spots. And I use the Bluetooth handsfree a lot—it keeps me safe and connected without having to take my hands off the wheel.
I’ve kept it well-maintained, and it has a valid MOT until April 2026. The car’s been through a full check, and everything’s in order.
It’s based in Llangadog, Carmarthenshire now, and I’m just selling it because I’ve moved on to something different. I’ve actually been thinking about how much I love this car, and it’s a little sad to let it go—so I’m hoping someone else will find it as useful.
The price is £20,609.10—fairly solid given the specs and condition. I’m happy to chat about it if you’re interested. No pressure, just passing it on to someone who might actually enjoy it as much as I do.
(And yes, I know it sounds a bit odd to say “I’ve been driving it for a few months” when I’m selling it—but it’s true. I’ve actually used it every day, and it’s been a real pleasure to drive.)
