Q ACOUSTICS 3020 SPEAKERS (PAIR)

I’ve had these Q Acoustics 3020s for a few years now, and honestly, they’ve been a game-changer for my home setup. They’re not huge, but they pack a punch — especially for a small room. I bought them when I was setting up a new AV system, and I’ve been really happy with how clear and natural the sound is.

The 2-in-1 tweeter and that special bass driver made from paper and aramid fibre (kind of like Kevlar) give it that open, realistic feel. You can actually *feel* like you’re in the room — not just hearing it. The soundstage is wide and detailed, with a good balance of bass, midrange, and treble. I’ve used them with everything from jazz to movies, and they handle it all without getting muddy.

They’re a 2-way reflex design, 125mm bass unit, 25mm treble, frequency response from 64Hz to 22kHz. Runs on 25–75W, impedance is 6ohm (drops to 4ohm), sensitivity 88dB — not too demanding on a system. Each speaker weighs 4.6kg, and they fit nicely on my shelves.

I’ve kept them in a smoke-free home and they’re in great condition — no dents, no signs of wear. Came with the original grills. I’m selling because I’ve moved to a new place in aberdeenshire, Scotland, and I’m downsizing. I still use them occasionally, but my new setup is a bit more compact.

They’re a solid pair, and I’ve used them with a range of sources — from a small streamer to a decent AV receiver. If you're looking for something that sounds natural and immersive without breaking the bank, these are worth a look.
