Got this Dimplex Sunningdale Opti-V electric stove (SNG20) and it’s been a real handy addition to my kitchen. It’s got that realistic flame effect—looks just like a log burner, but no smoke, no mess, no fuss. I use it for both heating and just sitting back and enjoying the vibe, especially in the winter. The 2kW fan heater gives off a good warmth, with two heat settings and an integrated thermostat so it keeps the room at a comfortable temperature. The door opens up a bit for that extra realism—makes it feel more like a real fireplace. Remote control too, so I can adjust things without getting up. There’s a small chip on the top, but it’s not a big deal—see the photo. Was originally £1,330, now I’m parting with it at £315.
