Vintage prints collection – mixed sizes, some slightly faded
Description
I’ve had these in storage for a while now, mostly just sitting on shelves in my Poole, Bournemouth flat. They’re a mix of different eras and styles – some from the 60s, a few from the 80s. A bit of dust and light wear on a few, especially on the edges or back, but most are fine to look at. No major damage, just the occasional tiny mark or edge blemish. Here’s what’s in there:
- A 1960s stampede print by Mario Bordi, 10x15” – mounted, looks solid
- A birds print by Terry Halpin, 12x10” – blue tits, neat and framed
- Two signed “Working Life” prints by E R Sturgeon, 10x13” each – one of them has a small corner tear, but it’s not noticeable
- Three prints by Max Hölfer on board – 17.5x20cm, one shows Santa Maria and Chiesa Dei Gesuati
- A Charles Martin Hardie print – Burns and Scott meeting, 30x18cm, classic, a bit worn but still readable
- A bird print by Anatole Marlin, blue throat – framed, 14x11”
- A small David Shepherd print – “Tiger Fire”, 5x8”, framed, slightly damaged on the back – not much, just a little scuff
- A large 1985 painting print by S A Forbes – “The Wanderers’ Return”, 15x19” – this one has a bit more wear, edges are a little faded
I’m not looking to sell it all at once, just passing it on. If you’re interested, I’d be happy to share more or talk through what you’d like to keep. Price is £36, but I’m open to reasonable offers – no pressure, just thought someone might find a few of these useful or nostalgic.
Honestly, I’ve never really cared much for decor, but I’ve always liked vintage prints – they’re just a bit of history in a frame. Hope you find something you like! 🤗
