2017 Mercedes-Benz A Class 1.5 A180d Sport (Premium) Hatchback 5dr Diesel
Description
So, I’ve had this 2017 Mercedes A-Class diesel hatchback for a few years now — it’s a solid, no-frills daily driver with a bit of character. It’s got the 1.5-litre diesel engine with a 7G-DCT transmission, and it’s been clocked up to 100,000 miles. I’ve kept it well maintained, and it’s got a valid MOT until November 2025, so it’s ULEZ compliant — no issues there. It’s a 5-door, 5-seater, so it’s practical for families or just a regular commute. The styling is clean and modern — 17-inch alloy wheels in a 5-twin-spoke design, chrome beltline strips, body-coloured side skirts, bumpers, and door handles. The mirrors are electrically adjustable, heated, with LED indicators, and the mirror housings match the body colour.
Inside, it’s got everything you’d expect: electric windows, heated rear windscreen with timer, a decent bit of safety tech — ABS with brake assist, active bonnet (which pops up if it detects a collision), ESP with cornering assist, hill start assist, and adaptive brake lights. Airbags are pretty comprehensive — driver and front passenger, head and side protection, plus windowbags. There’s also a child seat sensor, manual and electric child locks, a first aid kit, and a warning triangle.
I’ve also got a tire sealant kit and a remote central locking system. The interior is clean, the seats are comfy, and it’s been a reliable workhorse for everything from city drives to weekend trips.
I’m based in kings-lynn, King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, and I’ve been thinking about selling it because I’m moving and don’t need it anymore. The price is £7,905.60 — I’ve kept it in good shape and it’s been properly maintained.
I’ve never had any major issues with it, and it runs smooth. If you’re looking for something reliable, practical, and not too flashy — this one’s been a good fit for me. I’m happy to chat or show it around if you’re interested.
