I'm letting out a single bedroom in a shared house at 99b Hamlets Way, Mile End, E3 4TL. It's a quiet spot with a private bed and a shared bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, so no need to worry about cooking basics.

The place is right next to Tesco Express – just a 5-minute walk – and Mile End Station is about 8 minutes away. Queen Mary University is a 10-minute walk too, which is handy if you're studying or getting around.

I'm moving out soon and have a deposit of 3 weeks plus one month’s rent – just something I’m comfortable sharing. It's a solid, low-key space in a nice area.

It's in Gillingham-Dorset, Chantry Fields now – just a quick transfer from where I was before. I'm not looking for anyone fancy, just someone who’s respectful and wants a simple, no-nonsense setup.

£9.00 for the room – it's a fair bit, but I’m happy to keep it simple.
