2014 Peugeot 208 GTi 1.6 THP Hatchback Manual
Description
This 2014 Peugeot 208 GTi is one of those cars I’ve actually driven a lot of times over the years — it’s got that sharp little punch, and it just feels alive on the road. Only 53k miles on the clock, and I’ve had it properly serviced and checked out recently. The MOT’s valid until July 2026, so it’s got plenty of life ahead of it.It’s got a 1.6L petrol engine that gets you from 0 to 60 in about 6.8 seconds — not flashy, but there’s a real sense of presence when you’re behind the wheel. The interior’s clean and sharp, with a 7-inch touchscreen, leather trim on the steering wheel, and all the modern bits you’d expect: Bluetooth, DAB radio, automatic headlights, rear parking sensors, and climate control. The 17-inch alloy wheels are a nice touch — piano black with chrome, and the car’s got that GTi look with the chequered flag grille.
I’ve done the full service and MOT myself, and it’s been spotless. It’s got all the safety gear too — airbags, ABS, ESP, electronic stability, and even a pollen filter. The seats are sports-style, and there’s a rear bench that’s easy to use for kids or short trips.
I run a small family garage in Wigston, Oadby and Wigston — my dad worked at Bentley for 25 years and I’ve been in the car trade for a while, so I know what to look for. I’ve sold over 2500 vehicles in my time, and I don’t take shortcuts. Every car I sell is HPI-checked, and I’ve either sourced it directly from a main dealer or a part exchange.
If you’re interested, I’m happy to let you take it for a spin — no pressure, just a proper drive. I’ll even do a home viewing if you’re not able to come in. All major cards accepted, and finance is possible if needed.
The car comes with a 3-month warranty — I can upgrade that to 12 months with AA for £299 if you’d like.
It’s not flashy, but it’s solid. It drives well, handles nicely, and I’ve kept it well-maintained. It’s just the kind of car I’d want in my own driveway.
If you're thinking of getting behind the wheel again, this one might be worth a look.
