So, I’ve had this EV for a couple of years now and it’s been a real joy to drive — especially in the countryside around Sturminster-Newton, Dorset. It’s a clean, modern car with loads of tech built in, which I’ve actually found myself using more than I thought.

The dash is all digital — no analog dials, just a sharp, clear screen showing speed, temperature, fuel, and all sorts of info. There’s a driver alert system that warns you if you’re getting drowsy, which I’ve found actually useful on long drives. I’ve also got lane keep assist and lane departure warning, which helps keep me on the road without over-relying on the steering wheel.

It’s got a 10-inch touchscreen nav with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, so I can easily switch between my phone and the car. I use it all the time — even got it set up to read SMS messages and make calls hands-free. The audio system is solid too — 6 speakers, DAB radio, and even a flexible roof aerial.

The car has a lot of smart features: front and rear parking sensors, a panoramic rear camera, adaptive cruise control with speed limiter, and even a driver info display with trip computer. I love the LED lighting — matrix headlights, all the LED lights, and the auto-headlight level system keep it looking sharp in all conditions.

I’ve used the 11kW onboard charger quite a bit, and it’s got a Mode 3 charging cable — no hassle when I plug it into a home charger. The rear seats have a three-seat bench, which is good for family trips or when I’ve got a couple of friends in the back.

It’s been a great car to live with — low maintenance, quiet, and loads of tech without being overwhelming. I’ve kept it well-maintained and only driven it when needed. I’m not selling it just because it’s not needed anymore, but it’s actually just sitting in the garage now, and I thought I’d pass it on.

It’s a bit of a stretch to say it’s "perfect" — but if you’re looking for a practical, modern electric hatch with a bit of tech and a good range, this one might just fit your lifestyle.
