I’m letting this 2-bedroom coach house in Ballindalloch, Moray, for immediate rental. It’s tucked away on a quiet road but still super central – you’re only a few minutes from shops, pubs, schools, and the train station. The layout is pretty open with a big living/dining area, a kitchen with cooker and washing machine (no fridge freezer needed), and a bathroom with bath and shower. One of the bedrooms is quite spacious, the other is smaller.

The inside is decorated in neutral tones, has gas central heating and double glazing – feels quite comfortable. There’s a small grassed garden with a deck at the front and a rear parking space plus a large single garage with power and electric.

I’m looking to let from 1st September 2025, with a £1,000 deposit and monthly rent of £1,195. It’s a long-term let – minimum 6 months, and I’ll need three months’ bank statements, wage slips, proof of income, credit checks, and references. No pets or smokers allowed. Council tax band is B.

It’s a bit of a change from Yate, but Ballindalloch is a nice, peaceful place with good access to everything. Just a quick drive to town and everything you need is nearby. I’m happy to chat if you’re interested – no pressure, just sharing it with someone who’ll take care of it.
