Got these foam-coated dumbbells — 0.5kg, 1kg, 2kg, and 3kg — all in great condition, the stand comes with them. I’ve been using them at home for a bit of fitness, mostly for small workouts or when I’m just trying to stay active. The foam coating helps with grip, and they don’t scratch surfaces. I’m moving to east-molesey, Molesey, so I’m passing them on. They’re not super heavy, but good for basic strength training. Still in the original packaging, so no damage.
