Yamaha MT-125 ABS 2015 Silver with Blue Alloys

Got this bike in April 2025 as my first proper motorcycle – still love it after all the rides. It’s been a real joy, especially on long day trips from Whiston, Knowsley. I’ve hit places like Dartmoor, Exmoor, the Brecon Beacons, and even made it past Warminster to Cranborne Chase – just me and the bike, no fuss.

It’s a 2015 Yamaha MT-125 ABS, 124cc, silver with blue alloys. MOT expires January 2026, and it’s been well looked after – last service in May 2025 (oil, filter, spark plug, lube and grease). No major issues at all. I’ve kept it clean and mostly on the road, so it’s been a solid workhorse.

I’ve got two keys, the owner’s manual, and the service history book. The front screen is still good – I’ve actually stuck my front L plate to the inside, so it’s handy. New front tyre, rear’s in good shape, chain and sprockets are all fine. There’s a small crack on the tank fairing – it was there when I bought it from the dealer, doesn’t affect anything, just a cosmetic thing. Photos show it clearly.

Mileage is 17,800. I’ve checked the MOT record online – nothing to worry about. It’s a reliable, fun bike that’s been great to ride. I’ve been using it to get my A2 license and now I’m looking at moving up to something bigger – this one’s been perfect for that transition.

If you’re thinking of getting into riding, this one’s a solid starter. Just a bit of a rough edge on the tank, but that’s it. And yes, I’m selling it because I’ve got a new one in the works.
