Got this old clothes rack from Pembroke-dock, Pembrokeshire — it's black, has an adjustable height, a side hook for bags, and the rail can extend. I’ve used it for years and it’s actually quite sturdy. It’s designed to fold down when not in use, so it doesn’t take up much space. Photos show the full size and how it looks when folded.
