2001 Fender American Standard Stratocaster 3 Tone Sunburst
Description
So, I’ve been keeping this guitar for a few years now — it’s a 2001 Fender American Standard Stratocaster in 3 Tone Sunburst. It’s one of those classic all-rounders that just works — feels great in your hands, plays clean, and has a solid, warm tone.Body’s alder, neck’s maple with a C-profile, and it’s got the original USA single coils — nothing flashy, just clean, reliable sound. The 9.5" maple fingerboard is smooth, and the 6-saddle tremolo bridge is solid too. I’ve only had a couple of tiny cosmetic marks from regular use — nothing that affects playability or looks, just the kind of things you’d expect from a guitar that’s been played a lot over the years.
It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely in very good condition. I’ve taken loads of photos myself — all of them are from my own setup, so you’ll see exactly what you’re getting.
I’m based in Liphook, East Hampshire, so if you’re local or planning to pick it up, that’s easy. If you’re international, I’ll give you a shipping quote — just let me know. You’ll need to cover any import taxes or duties when it arrives in your country, so I’ll be upfront about that.
If you’ve got any questions, just shoot me a message — I’m happy to chat. I’ve had this for a while now, and it’s been one of my go-to guitars for practice and gigs. Honestly, it’s a solid piece that’s still got life in it.
Sold for £1,035 — not a lot of fuss, just a guitar I’ve loved for years.
