So, I’ve had this little 2023 Polo for just over a year now, and honestly, I’ve been using it every day for work and weekend trips around Littlehampton, Arun. It’s a solid little car — not flashy, but actually quite practical.

It’s a 5-door hatchback with manual transmission, right-hand drive, and a solid Ascot grey paint job. The interior is cloth trim with some nice touches — like ambient lighting, a 10.25-inch digital cockpit, and a DAB radio. I’ve been using the Bluetooth, USB-C ports (both front and rear), and even the wireless app connect feature a bit — handy for quick music or calls.

The car has all the safety stuff you’d expect: front and side airbags, driver and passenger airbag deactivation, ESP, ABS, traction control, hill hold, and even a driver alert system. There’s a lane keeping assist and traffic jam assist too — useful on the roads around Littlehampton.

I’ve kept it pretty well maintained — no major issues, just a few little things I’ve fixed over time. The rear seats are split 60/40, and there’s a centre armrest, front sports seats, and a good amount of storage space. The climate control’s been a real plus in the summer, and I’ve used the start-stop system quite a bit, which helps with fuel economy.

I’ve also got a few nice extras: LED daytime running lights, automatic headlights, electric windows, heated mirrors, and even a backup horn. The rear wiper has a delay setting — useful when it’s just drizzling.

It’s been a great car to drive around the coast, especially on quieter roads. I’ve actually only driven it a few hundred miles over the last year, so it’s still in pretty good shape.

I’m not selling it to get a big payout — just selling because I’m moving to a different area and don’t need it anymore. I’ve had it since new and it’s been reliable. It’s not the most modern car, but it’s comfortable, safe, and runs well.
