Got this 5mm Sonic Gold underlay for my wood and laminate floors — it’s been in the shed for a while, but still in great shape. Works well for both acoustic and heat insulation. Used it in a small hallway and living area in Fairbourne, Gwynedd. The roll is 28m², so it covers the whole space easily. It’s not perfect, a bit of dust and minor scuffs from storage, but it’s still solid. Just a quick fix for someone doing a floor upgrade.
