So, I’ve been keeping this car for a few years now, and honestly, it’s one of the few things I’ve been really happy with. It’s a 2020 Tiguan with the 1.5 TSI petrol engine and six-speed manual – not flashy, but it handles well and doesn’t overheat, even on the long drives I’ve done.

The interior’s clean and tidy, and it’s been well looked after. DAB radio, sat nav, reverse park camera – all working fine. The climate control keeps it nice and cool, especially in the summer. I don’t know why anyone would be upset with how it looks – it’s not showroom fresh, but it’s not dusty or worn down either.

That said, if you’re super picky, you might spot a small scratch or two under the hood or in the paneling – just like any used car. But I’d say it’s been properly maintained. I’ve had it serviced in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 – all on record. The latest MOT was done recently, and there’s no warning flags. No cigarette smell, no pet smells – just clean, fresh air inside.
