I’ve had this 4 mph Rascal for years – it’s been a real workhorse for my garden and weekend trips. The seat is comfortable, the tiller adjusts well, and the front and back lights are handy, especially in the evenings. Pneumatic tyres mean it handles better on uneven ground. It’s been used regularly but stays in good shape – no major issues. I’m based in Bushey, Hertsmere, and can deliver it locally if needed.
