2022 Peugeot 5008 Allure Premium 5-door SUV

So, I’ve had this Peugeot 5008 for a couple of years now — just one owner, low miles, and it’s been properly looked after. I bought it for family use, and it’s been a real solid workhorse. The cabin is clean, the seats are comfy, and it’s got all the smart bits you’d expect — like the 360 camera, parking sensors, Apple CarPlay, and satellite navigation. The 18-inch alloy wheels in storm grey look good, and the interior is tidy with that nice satin chrome trim.

It’s a 7-seater, so it’s great for weekends with kids or long trips. I’ve got dual-zone climate control, heated seats, and a multifunction steering wheel — makes driving with the kids easier. The tech side is solid too: DAB radio, Bluetooth, 3D navigation, and even a reversing camera with wash function. There’s also ambient lighting throughout — it’s not flashy, but it adds a bit of that modern feel.

Safety features are on point — cruise control, blind spot assist, adaptive driver aids, and emergency braking. I’ve never had any issues with it, and it’s been serviced four times, so I know it’s reliable. The manual gearbox isn’t the easiest to shift, but it’s manageable, and the car feels stable on the road.

I’ve been keeping it well-maintained, and it’s only ever been driven for daily use — not long hauls or rough roads. I’m not selling it because I need to, just because I’ve moved to Dunbar, East Lothian and I’m downsizing. It’s been a great companion, but I’m looking to make room.

The price is £17,955 — that’s not something I’d advertise for, but it’s fair given the condition and mileage.

If you’re looking for a practical, well-equipped SUV without going all the way to the GT range, this one’s a decent option. I’ve been driving it for years and it’s never let me down.
