Reebok FR30 Exercise Bike Black
Description
So, I’ve been using this Reebok FR30 for a bit over a year now — only done a handful of rides, honestly, mostly just for quick workouts when I’m at home. Bought it in January 2025, and it’s been pretty solid. It’s got Bluetooth and you can connect to apps like Zwift or Kinomap — I’ve used both, and it’s actually kind of fun to join in on virtual rides or challenges with friends. The screen is a 6-window LED console, shows real-time stats like speed, calories, heart rate, and resistance — all the usual bits.
The 9kg flywheel feels smooth, no wobbling or jerky movement, and the 32 levels of resistance mean you can go from easy to intense without much effort. I’ve tried a few of the preset programs — Target Distance, Target Calories, Heart Rate Control — and it’s really useful for tracking progress.
I like that the seat and handlebars adjust, so it fits me well. The bike’s got pedal straps, a hand grip with a pulse sensor, and it’s self-assembly — no fancy tools needed. It’s mains-powered and safe to use in a regular living room setup.
Dimensions are H145 x W55 x D110cm, weighs 35. or 35.3kg — not too heavy, but it’s sturdy. It comes with transport wheels, so it’s easy to move around if you want to shift it.
Max user weight is 120kg — plenty of room for anyone who’s on the bike.
It’s been mostly kept in one spot at home in Quedgeley, Gloucester, and I’m just letting it go now. It’s not been used much, so it’s still in near-new condition. I’ve had it for a while and it’s served me well — I’m not even sure if I’ll get a new one, so I thought I’d pass it on.
Price is £229.50 — fair value, honestly, for what it is. If you’re into home cycling or want a low-key way to stay active, it’s worth a look.
