Organic Moringa and Rooibos Tea – 20 Bags with Spices
Description
I’ve been drinking this tea for a few months now and honestly, it’s one of my go-to mornings. It’s not just herbal – it’s actually got some real benefits. Moringa’s been around for ages, from ancient Egypt to Rome, and Rooibos has deep roots in South African traditions, especially with the Khoisan people. I love that it’s naturally anti-inflammatory and packed with antioxidants. This blend mixes Moringa with real Rooibos and a few traditional Indian spices – cardamom, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, and a touch of black pepper. It’s not your average tea; it’s more like a warm, aromatic chai, with that Afro-Indian flavour that’s both earthy and soothing.
I brew it by pouring hot water into a cup, dunking the bag a few times to really release the flavours, and steeping for 3 to 5 minutes. It’s great hot or iced – I’ve had it both ways. I sometimes add a splash of honey or a squeeze of lemon, especially when I’m feeling a bit low.
It’s been a nice little habit, and I’ve shared it with friends who’ve tried it and said it’s actually quite unique. I’ve only got 20 bags left, and I’m selling them because I’ve started drinking my own homemade version now.
It’s from heybridge, Maldon – I’ve been keeping it in a cupboard in the back of my kitchen, just in case someone else wants to try it. Price is £4.46, but I don’t mind if you just take it as a little gift for your tea routine.
Just let me know if you’d like to chat about it – I’ll even tell you how I mix it in my kettle!
