2020 Ford Transit 2.0 EcoBlue Leader 5-door Panel Van
Description
So, I’ve had this 2020 Ford Transit 290 Leader van for a couple of years now — it’s a solid, reliable workhorse. It’s diesel, 2.0L EcoBlue, Euro 6 compliant, and only had one previous owner. I’ve used it for deliveries and moving stuff around, and it’s been pretty hassle-free.The van’s got a big cargo space — 9300 litres — so you can fit a lot more than you’d expect. The 15-inch steel wheels look sturdy, and the mirrors have blind spot assist and side indicators, which I’ve found useful when driving in tight spots. I’ve got Bluetooth through the ICE Pack 17, so I can stay connected while I’m on the move.
It’s not flashy, but it’s practical. The cabin is clean and easy to maintain — rubber floor coverings, good lighting, and even a fold-out table for the front passenger. The seats are decent, and the steering feels good. It has full electric windows, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, hill start assist, and even a load adaptive control system — all of which help with driving safely, especially on the roads near Shotton, Flintshire.
I’ve had it through a full service and MOT, and it’s been checked over properly. The battery handles cold starts down to -20°C, so it’s reliable in winter. I’ve also got the Ford Easy-Fuel capless refuelling system, which makes refilling a bit easier.
I’ve been using it for work, and it’s held up well. The price is £8,505 — I’ll keep that private, but if you're interested, I can go over it properly.
I run this place with my family, and we’ve been in the business for over 25 years. We don’t do anything flashy — just honest advice, clear communication, and good service. If you're looking for a dependable, low-maintenance van, this one’s been a real go-to for me.
If you’re local to Shotton, Flintshire, feel free to pop by — I’m usually around during weekday mornings or afternoons. Otherwise, I can arrange a time to meet or talk over the phone.
