Description
This old oil lamp is painted in a traditional barge style, with the glass shade still intact and the paint a bit faded but still quite vibrant. I found it in a shed at my place in Southwold, East Suffolk, and it’s been sitting there for years — mostly just collecting dust. It’s not super fancy, but it has a real charm and I’ve been meaning to use it for a few nights of warm evenings by the window. I’m not using it much anymore, so I’m passing it on.
