2006 Audi A3 2.0 TDI Hatchback

Got this old Audi A3 in 2006, and it’s been a solid driver for me over the years. It’s a 2.0 TDI with the semi-auto gearbox (though I’ve had it properly serviced and it runs smooth now), and it’s got a full service history. I’ve had it through a few MOTs — the last one was in 2007, so it’s been well looked after.

I’ve had the water pump and timing kit replaced, new tyres and brake pads fitted — everything’s been done to keep it running strong. Starts up easy, drives quietly, and the gear changes are smooth, no rattles or knocks. I’ve driven it over 140,000 miles and it’s still feeling like it’s been properly cared for.

It’s a three-door hatch, so it’s handy for the way I live — roomy but not too big. I’ve kept it in good shape, and it’s been a real joy to drive, especially on the roads around Billingshurst, Daux Road.
