2022 Peugeot E-2008 50kWh GT 5-door Electric SUV
Description
So, I’ve been driving this Peugeot E-2008 for about a year now, and honestly, it’s been a solid little daily driver. It’s got a 50kWh battery and can go up to 214 miles on a single charge — more than enough for my commute and weekend trips. I’ve used the 100kW charger at the garage, and it’ll get you from 10% to 80% in about 30 minutes — pretty handy when you’re running late. For home charging, I’ve got a 7.4kW charger, which takes around 7.5 hours to fill up, and I’ve set it to charge during off-peak hours to keep costs down. It’s Nera Black with 18-inch Salamanca alloy wheels and rear privacy glass — looks sharp, especially in the city. Inside, it’s got part-leather seats with good support, heated front seats, and automatic climate control. The seats can be adjusted manually too, and there’s Isofix points on the back seats if you’ve got kids. The interior is quiet and tidy, not too flashy but comfortable.
The media system is decent — DAB, Bluetooth, USB, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. I use CarPlay a lot for navigation, and I’ve got the SatNav set to Pop ST4 4DD, which is right next to me in Newcastle. I’ve also got lane keep assist and cruise control, which makes highway driving a bit easier.
I’ve kept it well maintained, and it’s registered as LR22HTZ. I’ve only done about 50k miles, so it’s still in great shape. I’m not selling it because I’m moving — just because I’ve found a newer model that fits my needs better.
I live in Newcastle, Tyne and Wear, so it’s a local swap if you’re nearby. I’ve had a few chats with people who’ve tried it, and most agree it’s reliable and easy to drive. If you’re interested, I can give a quick drive or just chat about it — no pressure, just honest feedback.
Price is £12,595.50 — I’ll be honest, it’s a bit high for what I’m looking at, but it’s been a great car for my lifestyle.
(Just a quick note: I used to work at Swansway Motor Group, which is a family-run lot with a solid track record. They’ve got a lot of used cars, and I’ve been lucky to keep this one in good shape.)
