I’ve got four koi carp in my pond in Ulverston, Westmorland and Furness. Two of them are quite large—about 12 to 14 inches—and they’ve been in the pond for years, so they’re well-used and pretty calm. I’ve kept them together for a while now, and they’ve grown into a nice, peaceful setup. The pond’s in a quiet spot, not too exposed to wind or noise. I’m not looking to sell them individually—just want to keep them all together, which makes more sense for the pond. They’re healthy and swimming well.
