Got this old loft ladder from my flat above my parents' house in Chelstow, Monmouthshire. It's been used a few times over the years, nothing broken, just a bit of wear on the rungs. Works fine for getting up to the loft space—no fancy bits, just a solid, straightforward thing. I'm keeping it for now, so if you're local and want to collect it, just let me know.
