French style bedroom suite
Description
I’ve had this French-style bedroom suite for years, bought it from Barker and Stonehouse back in the day. It’s a full matching set with that classic distressed cream paint and olive green trim — really gives it that old-world charm. The big wardrobe can be set up either way: four full hanging spaces, or two hanging sections with two shelf spaces, plus four lower drawers. It’s a solid piece, about 202cm high, 236cm wide, and 56cm deep. The dresser has three small drawers, two medium ones, and two bigger ones — just enough for all my stuff without feeling cluttered. The mirror has two small drawers on each side, and it’s 94cm tall (hits 150cm when the mirror is on, which I’ve used for years). It’s 104cm wide and 52cm deep.
Then there are the two bedside cabinets — small drawers and lower shelves, nice and practical. Each is 80cm high, 40cm wide, and 32cm deep. I’ve kept it in my Surrey, England home, and it’s been a real highlight in the room. Photos show it in place, and honestly, it’s in great condition for its age. I’m not going to sell it for a lot — it’s just what I’ve always loved, and I’m happy to part with it at a reasonable price. It’s £697.50, but I’m not advertising that in the title, just the facts.
