Description

So, I’ve been keeping this van for a few years now — it’s a 2022 Renault Trafic LWB, the facelift model, Sport trim, deep metallic red paint. It’s got that sharp, modern look and people always notice it when it’s parked.

It’s a 1997cc DCI engine with 150bhp and a 6-speed manual — not a flashy setup, but it’s smooth and strong. I’ve driven it a lot, and it’s covered about 77,000 miles, but it doesn’t show it. Service book’s clean — three services at 24k, 50k, and 75k, all on time.

Inside, it’s got a nice touchscreen with Apple Play and Android support, plus navigation, DAB, Bluetooth, USB sockets — everything you’d want for a daily driver. Cruise control, rear sensors, electric windows and mirrors (folding), traction control, lane departure warning, driver airbag, trip computer, and a height-adjustable steering wheel and driver’s seat. The leather wheel feels great too.

It has remote locking on the load doors — two keys, plus a few extras for the deadlocks. The MOT expires in July 2026.

I bought it through AFN Transport — a family-run business that’s been around since 1971. They specialise in used commercial vehicles and take them from councils, lease companies, and big firms. Every vehicle gets a proper inspection and road test by either of the two of us before it goes on the list.

The van’s been used by a few people before, but I’ve kept it well maintained. It’s not a flashy showpiece, but it’s practical, reliable, and just a joy to drive.

I’ve had finance arranged — it’s not a lender, just a broker — so you can get a loan with terms from 2 to 5 years. The quote is around £14,991 including VAT, which comes to about £75 a week if you go with a 60-month term.

We don’t do credit card payments — only bank transfers or debit cards (with a small charge if it’s a commercial card). Cash up to £9,000 is fine too.

If you’re thinking of buying it, you’re welcome to come and see it — no pressure, just a real talk. We’ve got a return-to-base warranty for the first 8 years or under 120k miles — one month or 1000 miles, whichever comes first.

It’s based in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, so if you’re local or nearby, I’d be happy to arrange a view.

If you’re interested, just give me a call — Dan. No sales pressure, just honest, no-nonsense advice.

We’ve done this for over 30 years — it’s not about the price, it’s about the vehicle being solid, safe, and ready to go.
