Mini Cooper SD 2012

Description

So, I’ve got this 2012 Mini Cooper SD with the 2.0L diesel — it’s been a solid driver for years, used to get around town and even hit 50+ mpg on the highway with the 6-speed manual. Mileage is around 136,500, and it’s been well looked after — sat-nav, cruise control, Bluetooth, air con, climate controls, all there. The seats are part leather, no major tears or wear.

I’ve kept it in good shape with a solid service history, MOT until 8th September — though that’s now past. The car was running perfectly fine until last week, when it just stopped starting. I think the timing chain snapped — that’s the only thing I can think of, and it’s definitely going to need some work to get it running again.

The AA recovered it from the road to my place in Axbridge, Somerset, since it wouldn’t start. It’s not running right now — just a non-runner. I’ve got the original registration plate, HG62EVL, and I’ll remove it for sale. If you’re interested, I’m open to car-for-car swaps or car plus a bit of cash — whatever works for you.
