Got this old mahogany desk from my dad’s side of the family — it’s a real Victorian piece, still has that warm, rich grain. It’s been in the family for decades, used every day for decades too, so it’s well-worn but in great condition. The drawers are solid and work smoothly — one’s about 120cm wide and 55cm deep, the other’s a bit smaller. It’s 73cm tall, so it fits nicely in a corner or near a window. I’m moving to cobham, Elmbridge and just realised I don’t need it anymore after all the storage I’ve been using it for. It’s not fancy, but it’s been a solid part of the home for years.
