No furniture, so you’ll need to bring your own. It’s a one-bathroom setup, and it’s not suitable for families, kids, or pets – no smoking either. I’m not taking students or anyone with pets.

Available to move in from 30 September 2025, with a minimum 6-month tenancy. Only two people max can live there. All bills are the tenant’s responsibility – no parking, no garden access. The energy rating is a D, so that’s something to keep in mind.

Rent is £900 a month, with a deposit of around £1,040. I’m not charging any agent fees – it’s all straightforward.
